Print the document and select one of the installed PDF virtual printers - set options to save to file
You can also EXPORT your document as HTML and then convert HTML to PDF using the many converters for printing to a PDF virtual printer from Internet Explorer or another browser
You can now use PDFGuard and ShareGuard to encrypt and copy protect the document.
You will now be able to create PDF documents or convert to PDF and do it all for free. Please note that I did try all of the virtual PDF printers listed and some added watermarks and some generated error messages but they all worked.
