NOTE REGARDING SERVICE LEVELS/CUSTOMER PHILSOPHY: Contrary to popular belief the customer is NOT always right.
I am a one man operation and have other jobs and duties so do not expect me to be answering e-mails 24/7 for FREE. My software is excellent and inexpensive. I do not get rich from it. If you cannot deal with this service aspect then go elsewhere and pay hundreds of dollars for inferior products at inflated prices. I do not appreciate unrealistic expectations and/or multiple e-mails when you could easily pick up the phone and ask me to check for your e-mail if it is a real emergency. I also expect you to read the documentation. I am not rewriting the manuals into your e-mails nor answering questions that are easily found in FAQ and/or the Help section. I do NOT want these types of customers as they force the prices up and hurt my intelligent and considerate customers. Why should good customers have to pay for bad customers? If you cannot appreciate this then please take your business elsewhere...preferably to my competitors.

Your payment will be returned if you make the payment to anything other than William Bradshaw. The banks will not cash money orders made out to anything other than the correct name. If it is a money order then it must be an international money order unless you are in Canada.
